• Reservation Policy

• To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required via bank transfer.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of arrival, either by bank transfer or in cash.

• A 10% discount will be offered for reservations made at least 15 days in advance and when choosing the non-refundable option.

• Cancellation Policy

• In the event of a cancellation, guests will receive a full refund of their deposit if they cancel within 48 hours of making the reservation and at least 15 days before their arrival.

• For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

• No refunds will be issued for reservations made with the non-refundable discount option.
