With different route options through the region's mountains, you can immerse yourself in nature, observe biodiversity, and enjoy panoramic views. Whether you prefer a leisurely walk or a more challenging adventure, our trails will allow you to reconnect with the environment, discover endemic species, and learn about the conservation efforts we undertake in the reserve.
Trekking poles will provide support and protection. We can provide wooden poles if needed.
Handheld or headlamp with spare batteries.
Use biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent.
Prepare your backpack with snacks for the hike (without packaging) and sufficient liquids. We recommend bringing at least 2 liters of water, homemade energy bars, fruit, etc.
Make sure your phone is fully charged.
You may want to bring a personal first-aid kit with bandages, disinfectant, scissors or a knife, antibiotics, and pain relievers. Our guides will have all necessary materials in case of an emergency.
The rainy season in the region is from June to October. During the dry season, from November to May, the weather is very warm and sunny.
Wear appropriate clothing according to the season and weather conditions. Discreet colors are recommended to avoid disturbing the wildlife.
Use technical or suitable hiking pants. We don’t recommend leggings or shorts, as insects and plants can irritate your skin.
Microfiber shirt that wicks sweat quickly; cotton is not recommended.
Visor, cap, or sun hat.
Cotton socks to help prevent blisters.
Hiking shoes are highly recommended. Try to wear them before your hike to break them in.
Bring a spare pair of socks and an extra shirt.
Bring a jacket, windbreaker, or raincoat for the rainy season.
Sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun, branches, insects, or falls.

Walk only on the marked trail to avoid damaging fragile areas or restoration zones. This also helps prevent getting lost.
Pack out your trash (and any litter you find along the way).
Respect wildlife; do not touch or disturb plants and animals.
No bicycles or motorized vehicles are allowed.
Be courteous to other hikers. Yield to those coming uphill.
Respect all trail signage.
Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.
Report any issues or trail and signage damage via our email, phone, or website.
Fires are prohibited year-round.
Pets are not allowed on the trail, as they can disturb local wildlife.
Respect the customs and traditions of local communities.
